Last week on On November 25-26, 2021, the seventh meeting of the members of the partner team from Poland, Spain, and Latvia, dedicated to the implementation of the LEVEL UP project! implemented jointly under the leadership of the Polish Economic Society, Gdańsk Branch, from the Erasmus + program funds. It was the second coordination meeting of the project team.

The meeting was started by the Director of PTE Branch in Gdańsk - Mrs. Elżbieta Kutnik, who, on behalf of herself and the management board of the organization, welcomed the participants and wished them a good meeting.

The first part of the meeting was generally devoted to project management issues, including a summary of project events so far, i.e. those that took place both in physical and internet form, and plans for further events in Spain and Latvia.

At the very beginning, staffing issues were discussed - incl. the representative of the project from the Con Valores Association - Gianluca Tomasselo - said goodbye and the newly arrived ACV staff member - Eva Zamora García, who will be responsible for European projects in the organization, was welcomed. The Level up! Project After that, an overall report on the state of the project and its advancement was presented, and a discussion began on the agenda for future events and what awaits us in the future in the next activities.

 The participants had a fruitful discussion on other management-related topics, i.e .:

• promotion and communication of the project and increasing the audience of project activities;
• filling the gaps in the report after analyzing our organization;
• preparation for the mid-term report;
• methods of handling materials and project products;
• planning the next project events in the new year;
• involving participants from outside our organization in the survey, research, and project activities during the pandemic

The most important arrangements regarding the meeting focused on the very implementation of the LEVEL UP! Project. and accompanying activities. On the first day, the process of implementing project indicators and the preparation of the required materials and documents were discussed. Participants were provided with a complete list of project indicators - and discussed the feasibility of implementing each of them within the specified deadlines. During the meeting, an outline of implementation plans for several indicators was prepared, and some of them were jointly prepared.

The work of, inter alia,

• List of stakeholders;
• Joint Self-Assessment Questionnaire;
• Interview questionnaire for end-users
• Document "Frequently Asked Questions" - colloquially an FAQ on coaching problems and examples of solutions;
• Local focus meetings as part of the public consultation process;
• Publications - practices, recommendations, and ideas for adult education on the example of Polish, Spanish and Latvian experiences;
• Event participant form (4 per partner / 3 events)

The second day of the partnership meeting is the main individual consultation on the implementation of the project and plans for further activities. It was mainly devoted to the technical and financial side of implementing the events.

A session was held devoted to the definition of the following policy updates:

• internal communication between partners and the environment
• method of evaluation and evaluation of activities
• monitoring
• dissemination
• measuring the quality of the final products of the project,
• measurement of the expected impact

The whole meeting ended with a discussion and summary of the event.
