- Docent Ryszard K. Miler dr hab., zajmuje stanowisko Dyrektora Bałtyckiego Centrum Logistyki Stosowanej na Wydziale Informatyki i Nowych Technologii w Wyższej Szkole Bankowej w Gdańsku/Polska. Ukończył studia (oficer marynarki wojennej) w Akademii Marynarki Wojennej w Gdyni, a także studia doktoranckie z ekonomii na Uniwersytecie Gdańskim. Przez trzy lata pracował jako oficer sztabowy w NATO Shipping Centre w Northwood, w Wielkiej Brytanii. Zajmował stanowisko prodziekana na Wydziale Finansów i Zarządzania w Wyższej Szkole Bankowej, kierownika Katedry Logistyki i kierownika studiów podyplomowych z zarządzania systemami logistycznymi oraz był członkiem grupy ekspertów przy Ministerstwie Infrastruktury ds. Integracji Systemów Monitorowania Żeglugi w Polsce. W 2013 roku uzyskał certyfikat kompetencji zawodowych Europejskiego Stowarzyszenia Logistycznego na poziomie Europejskiego Starszego Logistyka (ESLog). Był członkiem międzynarodowej grupy badawczej w dziedzinie konkurencji w transporcie morskim i współpracy transgranicznej. Pracuje również jako tutor i profesor wizytujący na różnych uniwersytetach w Polsce i UE (w ramach programu Erasmus). Jego zainteresowania badawcze koncentrują się na zarządzaniu strategicznym i logistycznym oraz logistyce morskiej (w tym systemach monitorowania transportu morskiego i ładunków). Brał udział w realizacji kilku projektów badawczych finansowanych przez różne instytucje, a wyniki prezentował na konferencjach międzynarodowych, w czasopismach i książkach (ponad 100 publikacji).
- Dr inż. Bohdan Pac jest absolwentem Akademii Marynarki Wojennej w Gdyni oraz Politechniki Gdańskiej. Ukończył studia w Centre d'Instruction Navale / GEM w Tulonie. Uczestniczył w kursach wojskowych prowadzonych przez Marine Nationale, NATO i UE. Posiada doświadczenie na szczeblu taktycznym marynarki wojennej jako główny inżynier. Pracował jako wykładowca w Akademii Marynarki Wojennej oraz jako adiunkt w Wyższej Szkole Bankowej w Toruniu. Służył jako oficer sztabowy w Dowództwie Sił Połączonych w Brunssum (NATO) / Dywizji Logistyki / Oddziale M&T. Pracował jako starszy oficer operacyjny w Wydziale J3 Sztabu Generalnego. Dr Pac obecnie zajmuje stanowisko adiunkta na Wydziale Informatyki i Nowych Technologii Wyższej Szkoły Bankowej MERITO w Gdańsku. Brał udział w realizacji projektów realizowanych przez Wojskowe Centrum Normalizacji, Jakości i Kodyfikacji, Sztab Generalny i Akademię Obrony Narodowej. Jest autorem 80 publikacji dotyczących logistyki wojskowej i cywilnej oraz operacji informacyjnych.
