Celem pierwszego dnia spotkania było;

  • Podsumowanie i ocena wydarzeń projektów obejmujących m.in:
  • 7 wydarzeń w formie fizycznej – (3 tzw. wydarzenia LTT podnoszące wiedzę i umiejętności oraz 4 wydarzenia w ramach tzw.: TPM – międzynarodowych spotkań partnerskich, które odbyły się w trzech krajach);
  • codzienną aktywność członków na rzecz projektu i dyseminacji jego efektów oraz budowania lokalnego zaangażowania (czego dowiedzieliśmy się o partnerze i jego codziennej aktywności/środowisku zewnętrznym w innych krajach i jakie elementy możemy wykorzysta do naszej formy działania);
  • Analizę co osiągnęliśmy dzięki realizacji projektu (Analiza wytworzonych materiałów: FAQ (najczęściej zadawane pytania odnoszące się do coachingu, Analizy SWOT, Kwestionariusza samooceny systemów treningowych organizacji)
  • Podsumowania stopnia wykonania projektu

- Dokumenty projektowe i inne wytworzone materiały

- Wskaźniki projektu oraz zaangażowane podmioty i inne organizacje

- Linki i uzupełnienia do wytworzonych materiałów projektowych.

Drugi Dzień spotkania – praca koncepcyjna

Wszyscy uczestnicy z przykrością stwierdzili powolne a nieuchronne zakończenie projektu Level Up!, który przez 24 miesiące pozwolił wytworzyć niezwykłe więzi przyjaźni i współpracy pomiędzy uczestnikami oraz podnieść nasze kompetencje i zdolności. Dlatego też postanowiono wykorzystać do maksimum nadarzającą się okazję do rozwoju nowych inicjatyw na bazie projektu.

Według wspólnych ustaleń dotyczących projektu Level Up! jako dźwigni do dalszego rozwoju i podnoszenia swoich kompetencji partnerzy postanowili, iż:

  • Zdobyte doświadczenie, wzajemna wiedza i umiejętności współpracy między organizacjami stwarzają możliwości i idealną podstawę do rozwoju kolejnych wspólnych inicjatyw;
  • Partnerzy uważają, że temat doskonalenia edukacji formalnej i poza formalnej nie został dokładnie zbadany w trakcie realizacji projektu i będzie wymagał kontynuacji, zwłaszcza poprzez działania praktyczne w wymiarze lokalnym;
  • Organizacje zaangażowane w działania projektowe oraz inne podmioty wspierające nas w trakcie realizacji projektu mogą być zainteresowane rozwojem przyszłych większych konsorcjów i włączeniem nowych podmiotów;
  • Postanowiono, że kolejnym krokiem w projekcie, oprócz wzajemnego poznania się, powinno być przeprowadzenie bardziej praktycznych działań na obszarze naszego działania;
  • Istnieje duża otwartość na możliwość rozszerzenia tej inicjatywy o nowe pomysły i elementy odnoszące się do celów zrównoważonego rozwoju;

THE LAST PHYSICAL MEETING OF THE PROJECT CONSORTIUM MEMBERS IN THE FINAL EVENT OF THE PROJECT LEVEL UP!

On 06-07.10.2022, the final physical event of the Level UP! project implemented with funds from the Erasmus + programme in the Polish-Spanish-Latvian partnership was held at the Headquarters of the Polish Economic Society in Sopot. The meeting had the character of an international coordination meeting devoted to summing up the implementation of the project to date (coordination meeting), and was divided into two separate days of work - also constituting a form of a final conference. The first was devoted to the full implementation of the project, and the second was mainly conceptual work on the commercialisation and transferability of the results achieved.

The meeting was a two-day training event divided into a management-planning part of an administrative nature and an open part, which took place in Sopot with the participation of employees of the three organizations involved and their representatives of the authorities, as well as invited guests.

The meeting was opened by the representatives of PTE Gdańsk Branch in the person of its President, Ms B. Majecka, who, on behalf of the organization's management board, welcomed the participants and wished them successful deliberations on the further summary and development of the project. Then the further part of the meeting was chaired by the project coordinator with the support of the gathered team.

The first part of the meeting was generally devoted to project management issues, including a summary of the project events to date, i.e. in physical and online form, and their outcomes. At the very beginning, issues related to the implementation of the project were discussed in combination with the organization's opinion on its experience with the project.

The aim of the first day of the meeting was:

  • To summarise and evaluate the project events including:
  • 7 physical events - (3 so-called LTT knowledge and skills events and 4 so-called TPM events - international partnership meetings held in three countries);
  • the day-to-day activity of the members for the project and the dissemination of its effects and the building of local commitment (what we learned about the partner and its day-to-day activity/outreach in other countries and what elements we can use for our form of action);
  • Analysis of what we have achieved through the project (Analysis of the materials produced: FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions relating to coaching, SWOT Analysis, Self-Assessment Questionnaire of the organization's training systems)
  • Summaries of the degree of project realization
  • Project documents and other produced materials
  • Project indicators and involved actors and other organizations
  • Links and additions to the produced project materials.

Second day of the meeting - conceptual work

All participants were saddened to see the slow but inevitable end of the Level up project, which for 24 months had helped to create extraordinary bonds of friendship and cooperation between the participants and to improve our competences and capacities. It was therefore decided to make the most of the opportunity to develop new initiatives on the basis of the project.

According to the common understanding of the Level up project as a lever to further develop and improve their competences, the partners decided that:

  • The experience gained, the mutual knowledge and the ability of the organizations to work together provide opportunities and an ideal basis for the development of further joint initiatives;
  • The partners believe that the topic of improving formal and non-formal education has not been thoroughly explored during the project and will need to be continued, especially through practical activities on a local level;
  • The organizations involved in the project activities and others supporting us during the project may be interested in developing future larger consortia and including new actors;
  • It was decided that the next step in the project, besides getting to know each other, should be to carry out more practical activities in our area of operation;
  • There is a high degree of openness to the possibility of expanding this initiative with new ideas and elements relating to the Sustainable Development Goals;
  • Work on a possible continuation of the established cooperation and expansion of the partnership will also continue after the project is completed and finally settled.

The event also developed a template for the future development area of the initiative in the form of a concept paper, including both the basis for future cooperation and an outline of proposed activities.
